Baked Chicken and Dumplings

Ingredients
Hearty Chicken & Dumpling Soup Mix
3 1/3 cups water, divided
2 cups cubed rotisserie chicken
15 oz. can vegetables (green beans, corn, etc. or combination), drained
1/2 cup sour cream
Directions
Bring 3 cups of water to boil in a large saucepan; stir in Sauce Mix and Vegetables. Whisk to blend; stir in chicken, canned vegetables and sour cream. Reduce heat; simmer 5 minutes. Prepare dumplings as directed with remaining water. Pour soup into a greased 8 x 8 baking pan; top with dollops of dumpling dough. Bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until dumplings are baked. Makes 6 servings.
