This is one of my favorite new sets in the catalog - it's called "On A Pedestal". I adore it with this yummy new DSP!!!
Yesterday the girls came over for the first Stampers 10 party of the year. We had so much fun!! This is one of the projects the girls got to make - and it was a doozy! The outside looks pretty easy, right? Well, take a look at the inside!
Here's a side-view: How fun is that?!! It's a gift card holder made with the new Sizzix die called "Look Here". It wasn't that it was particularly hard to do (after you know what you're doing!), but it's one of those projects that was best to do slowly, together, and with SNAIL and not Sticky Strip LOL!!!
Amanda (hostess) said "this is the hardest project we've ever done at your house!" ...and she was right!!
The girls loved it, and after we finished, they were glad that we had made it together.
Honestly, it was much more fun making it as a group!! The first one I made ended up in the trash. The second one - well, I went to my very last resort, the house engineer!! Yep, I said "Steve, can you figure this out?!!" Let me tell you, he was all over that card! He loved it - and yes, he figured it out for me. He's the best!!
Thanks, girls, for coming over yesterday & making this project so much fun. And, no...I didn't have Panera gift cards included in their projects (you know they asked!!!) LOL!!
Happy stampin'!!
