Steve is doing pretty well from the surgery. He was convinced that he would be coming home today - but not so! The surgery took longer than normal (3 hrs) and the Dr really felt like he should stay another day since he was pretty groggy this morning & in considerable pain. BUT... he did get up & walk this morning - TWICE!! woo hoo!!
I came home to let him sleep - and get in a quick nap myself! So I'm heading back out to the hospital now to check on him. The plan is that he will be coming home tomorrow afternoon. :-)
Thanks, again, for caring!! He gets a grin everytime I tell him one of his girl-friends is asking!!
