I hope so!!
Our house went back on the market about 3 weeks ago, and we got another contract right away!! I jokingly tell folks that "this time it took 10 times longer than the first time!" We got a contract the very first day the first time, and the second time it took a whopping TEN days! LOL! That's wonderful in this market. And this time we actually met the buyers & they seem very nice.
Needless to say, we've been cautiously awaiting our closing date - which is scheduled a week from tomorrow, the day after Memorial Day. Let's hope everything goes smoothly this time!!
In the meantime, we've been very busy going back & forth between WV and TN. I'm exhausted!!
Many of you have asked if I have been stamping - and the short answer is, sadly, "no". Most of my stamps & accessories are in boxes & I have no clue what is where!! One day I hope to have some organization back in my life.
Anyone got suggestions on how to do that?!!!
